Summary: The size of the resort was perfect. We have been to others where thinking of walking back to your room felt like a forever track. Not Kartrite...it's the perfect size. We stayed in the two bedroom suite w/balcony...plenty of room for all to have their own space and worth the extra money.

Summary: I went with my family to celebrate my birthday. We loved all the attractions that the resort had to offer. The room was big and spacious and the hotel was clean and quiet. I did not like the buffet breakfast options for the price. I think it is best to try diners in the area. We will surely return to this location. My son loved it!

Summary: This was my second visit, and I must say, it did not disappoint. Firstly, I would like to extend my thanks to Gloria at the front desk for the fantastic welcome. Her recognition from my previous visit truly set the tone for an enjoyable stay and highlights the exceptional hospitality service provided. Furthermore, the staff at the food court were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the lifeguards were equally commendable. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I have had the pleasure of visiting many resorts, but Kartrite Resort remains my favorite. The consistent excellence in service and dedication to guest satisfaction is unparalleled. Thank you to all the amazing staff for exceeding our expectations and making our stay memorable.

Summary: Had dinner at the Bixby and the server we has was terrible. She was just not around when we needed stuff. Our hotel room was clean but one of our bathroom toilets was not working correctly. The water park and the rest of our stay was good.
